Mr. Yeretsian joined the firm in 2021 as a litigation associate in the firm’s Southern California office. Specializing in healthcare litigation and insurance coverage issues, Mr. Yeretsian strives to provide the highest quality of zealous advocacy for his clients. He represents major California healthcare providers in state and federal civil actions, mediations, and arbitrations against health plans and insurance companies. Litigated issues typically involve interpretation of California’s Knox-Keene Act, the federal Employee Retirement Income and Security Act (“ERISA”), and the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (“EMTALA”), as well as general contract and other business disputes.
Prior to Mr. Yeretsian’s joining of the firm, his practice included Personal Injury and Contract litigation, and Contract and Real Property matters. Mr. Yeretsian graduated from Loyola Law School in 2019 where he was active in a number of internal and external organizations. He served as the Chairman of the National Armenian Law Students’ Association, he was the youngest Governor on the Board of Governor’s for the Armenian Bar Association and competed internationally at the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition in Paris.
In his spare time, Mr. Yeretsian enjoys a number of combat sports like Boxing, Muy Thai, Judo, Jiu jitsu, Kendo, and fencing. Outside of physical activities, Mr. Yeretsian also creates digital content and is an active host on Clubhouse, discussing relevant law and mentoring young attorneys.
