Biography
Christopher Todd is a California-based attorney, licensed since 2017, with a diverse litigation and advisory practice spanning family law, civil litigation, and sports and entertainment matters. Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and his Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School.
He brings a strategic, disciplined, and results-driven approach to every engagement, combining courtroom advocacy with practical business judgment while keeping each client’s financial and long-term interests firmly in focus.
Prior to joining SAC, Christopher handled a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters, including business and contract disputes, real property conflicts, and contested enforcement actions. He is experienced in managing procedurally complex cases that require detailed evidentiary development, strategic motion practice, and careful positioning for trial or negotiated resolution.
In family law, Christopher has represented clients in high-conflict matters involving complex property characterization disputes, fiduciary duty claims, reimbursement issues, and significant attorney-fee litigation. His work includes contested hearings, trial preparation, post-judgment enforcement proceedings, and Family Law appeals. As a solo practitioner, he has successfully obtained attorney fee awards reaching up to $500,000 in contested proceedings, reflecting both his litigation effectiveness and his ability to build thorough, persuasive records.
In addition to his legal practice, Christopher has coached an Olympic-level track athlete who competed in the Olympic Games in 2016 and remains actively involved in high-performance athletic mentorship and development. Christopher is also the owner and CEO of C.A.T. Entertainment & Sports Agency LLC., a full-service sports management agency.
