Biography
Ms. Shayan joined the firm in 2010 as a litigation associate in the firm's Southern California office. She specializes in complex civil litigation cases involving healthcare reimbursement and insurance coverage issues. She represents major California acute care providers in state and federal civil actions, arbitrations, mediations, settlement negotiations and other reimbursement disputes between health plans and health care providers.

While in law school, Ms. Shayan was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law review.  She served as a note and comment editor from 2008-2009.
