Representation of Medical Facilities

SAC currently represents large medical facilities, small community facilities, and academic medical centers, offering support on a variety of issues which arise in a medical center’s business office.  Additionally, SAC is acutely aware that the impact of its counsel may differ for a large medical center versus a small community hospital.

Services include but are not limited to:

• Representing healthcare providers in court and in arbitrations
• Providing suggested procedures for providers to improve their business office operations.
• Negotiating and reviewing provider contracts relating to reimbursement for Medicare, Medi-Cal and managed care issues.
