Biography

Ms. Kamon joined the  firm in 2010 as senior trial counsel  on complex litigated and arbitrated cases. Ms. Kamon has over 20 years litigation experience including representing insurers in their  life, health , disability  and ERISA litigation matters.  Ms. Kamon has also  litigated bad faith cases  for insurers and their agents and handled Federal Employee Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) matters for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in California.  She has also  represented employers in court, in arbitration and before the California Department of Industrial Relations, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Ms. Kamon has also had the opportunity to counsel public entities in complex litigation matters.  Finally, Ms. Kamon has a Preeminent AV peer review rating with Martindale Hubbell, the highest possible rating and has been selected for inclusion in the Southern California Super Lawyers edition for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and Los Angeles Magazine.
