Biography
Ms. Lam joined the firm in 2004 as a litigation associate in the firm's Southern California office.  Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation matters, which typically involves interpretation of the California Knox-Keene Act, federal Rogers Amendment, and Medi-Cal and Medicare regulations, as well as bankruptcy creditor's claims and other business breach of contract, business tort, unfair business practices and insurance coverage issues.  She represents California hospitals against network healthcare plans, self-funded ERISA plans, insurance companies and government entities in state and federal civil actions, arbitrations, mediations and settlement negotiations.

Prior to joining the firm, her practice included medical malpractice defense and real estate litigation.
