Biography
Ms. Sarosiek joined the firm in 2009 as a litigation associate in the firm's Southern California office. She specializes in drafting complaints against network health plans, self-funded ERISA plans, and government entities on behalf of health care providers as well as making appearances on behalf of the firm's clients in state and federal court and administrative proceedings.
