Biography
Ms. Sarosiek joined the firm in April of 2009 as a litigation associate in the firm's Southern California office.  She specializes in complex litigation against network health plans, self-funded ERISA plans, and government entities on behalf of health care providers. Ms. Sarosiek has made appearances in both state and federal court, as well as in administrative legal proceedings. She litigates to remedy breaches of written and oral contracts, negligent misrepresentation, and various Health & Safety Code violations.

Ms. Sarosiek also works closely with Mojo Marketing & Media to handle both transactional and litigation matters as they arise.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sarosiek worked as an entertainment litigation attorney and was Editor of the Chapman Law Courier. She is actively involved in the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
